... allow you to "simply take a break". The historic walls look back on centuries of experience with recreational culture. Our historic house is in a tiny place where vacation concept as a "summer retreat" was invented centuries ago. In sunny South Tyrol, the northernmost tip of Italy.

Our three-pillar philosophy

Sustainability - Accessibility - Tradition

Our holiday apartments are based on these 3 basic principles. There are four small apartments. 2 of them can be connected by a large door: two large apartments can be rented. If you need more space, you can book all 4 apartments in "We are family" variant. Then the entire house, including wellness area, seminar room, relexation terrace, garden, etc. is exclusively available for your group holiday.

In-house concept of 360 degree SDG orientation, including e-charging station for electric cars.
Accessibility
Completely trip-free and wheelchair accessible (from the windows and doors to the kitchens and bathrooms).
Nursing beds
House Himmelfahrt also offers holidays for families with nursing cases. (flats George-Otto and Friedrich)
Group retreats/working with holidays
Group retreats with wifi, fireplace room as a seminar room, printer, booking option "We are family" for groups up to 16 persons.
Wellness
Sauna, water bed, relax bunk, infrared lounger, fitness, hot tub under the open sky.
Garden
The large private garden with its fountains, meadows and sitting areas forms a green oasis of relaxation.
Recreation terrace
Lounging high end: on our large wooden terrace on the first floor this is pre-programmed.
Children's games
Children get their money's worth in House Himmelfahrt and in the children's pavilion.
Artist studio
A wooden caravan is available in the romantic garden as a studio
Pet-friendly
Pets are welcome.
Autonomy
Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen. General workroom with washing machine, dryer, ironing board etc.
